These Terms govern your use of Loyal Sikka, operated by Elabd Technologies (Islamabad, Pakistan). By signing up, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't, please don't use the platform.
1. The service
Loyal Sikka is a digital loyalty platform for Pakistani shops. It includes the merchant web panel, scanner page, customer view via Sikka Wallet, and supporting Cloud Functions. We provide the service “as is” with no implied warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your phone OTP and email credentials confidential.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.
- You may not impersonate someone else or create accounts on behalf of a business you don't represent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to defraud customers (e.g. fake sikka issuance).
- Disable or circumvent geofence, rate limit, or signed-scan checks.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-attack the API.
- Use the service to send unsolicited promotional messages.
- Violate any applicable Pakistani law including PECA 2016, the draft Personal Data Protection Bill, and consumer-protection laws.
4. Pricing and trial
New shops get a 90-day free trial. After the trial, our team works with you on a pricing plan that fits your shop's size and traffic, agreed in writing before billing starts. Prices and plans may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Customer data
You remain the data controller for the customer data you collect via Loyal Sikka. We act as your data processor. You agree that you have a lawful basis (consent, contract performance, or legitimate interest) to collect and process customer phone numbers and loyalty activity for the purpose of operating the loyalty programme.
6. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your subscription lapses, or if your use threatens platform integrity.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops further billing; data export is available on request for 30 days post-cancellation.
7. Intellectual property
Loyal Sikka, Sikka Wallet, the Elabd Tech brand, and all related software remain our property. Your shop name, logo, and customer list remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to display them within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced via Sikka Wallet, email, and the merchant panel at least 30 days before they take effect.
